About the Role
This is a ground-floor opportunity on a service line that's ahead of the market.
AEO for recruitment is nascent. Most agencies haven't heard of it yet — which means the person who sells it well right now will be miles ahead of any competitor who catches on later. You'll be the one bringing this conversation to market shaping how we pitch it and closing the deals that prove it works.
You won't inherit a warm pipeline and a polished deck. You'll build the pipeline sharpen the deck and own the return you get real ownership real upside and a front-row seat to a category being created in real time.

What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to signed contract. No hand-holding at each stage; you drive it.
Target the right buyers — recruitment agency founders CEOs MDs and marketing heads across the UK Europe Middle East APAC and North America.
Run multi-channel outreach — structured email sequences LinkedIn prospecting via Sales Navigator cold calls and referrals. You write copy that gets replies not ignored.
Run sharp discovery calls — understand what's keeping an agency invisible online then connect that pain directly to our AEO solution.
Close and hand off cleanly — prepare proposals negotiate terms sign contracts then ensure smooth onboarding with the CS and Delivery teams.
Keep your pipeline honest — accurate CRM data realistic forecasting no sandbagging.
Feed intelligence back in — market signals competitor moves objection patterns. Your field insights sharpen our positioning.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years in B2B SaaS or digital marketing sales — you've owned a full sales cycle before.
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and at least one sequencing tool (Apollo Saleshandy Instantly or similar)
- Comfortable in HubSpot Zoho CRM or equivalent — pipeline hygiene is part of how you work not an afterthought
- Excellent written and spoken English — you can make an AI concept land clearly for a non-technical buyer
- Self-driven — you don't need a manager to tell you your reply rate is low
What puts you ahead:
- Experience selling to or working with recruitment agencies staffing firms or HR tech companies
- Familiarity with SEO GEO or AEO — even conceptually
- Prior exposure to international markets across UK Europe Middle East or APAC
- You've built outreach campaigns from zero not just maintained existing ones
