Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to work closely with the Business Head and support day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Business Head to support strategic and operational activities.
Manage and coordinate the daily calendar meetings appointments and schedules of the Business Head.
Track monitor and follow up on tasks assigned to various departments to ensure timely completion.
Maintain and update records in the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare reports presentations meeting minutes and business updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline communication and workflow.
Assist in data analysis business reporting and performance tracking.
Maintain confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending actions and escalate delays when required.
Support business planning project coordination and administrative activities.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate from a regular college/university.
Strong academic background in Mathematics Statistics Commerce Economics Engineering or related analytical fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of CRM software MS Excel MS Word and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate Profile
13 years of experience in Business Coordination Executive Assistance Operations Coordination or a similar role.
Experience working with senior management or business leaders will be an advantage.
Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with business data and reports.
Required Skills:
Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other productivity tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated discretion integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field. Experience in supporting C-suite executives or board-level stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
