Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Business Applications and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage CRM WMS HRMS TMS Web Portal B2B E-commerce and Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies.
- Drive Generative AI Agentic AI LLM-based automation AI Agents and Predictive Analytics.
- Drive AI use cases for predictive maintenance demand forecasting Computer Vision and supply-chain optimization.
- Lead IoT Digital Twins Robotics and AI-based quality initiatives.
- Interface business applications with SAP HANA ERP and lead SAP C4C / B2B Commerce initiatives.
- Establish AI strategy governance MLOps and an AI Centre of Excellence.
- Manage technology partners vendors project delivery budgets and senior stakeholders.
- Build and upskill high-performing AI/IT teams.
Key Requirements
- 10 years of overall experience; 6–7 years in senior IT leadership.
- Senior IT leadership experience in a large/mid-sized manufacturing organization.
- Experience implementing or overseeing AI/ML Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with LLM applications RAG prompt engineering and AI agents.
- Mandatory: SAP B2B Commerce and SAP C4C implementation experience.
- Experience with SAP HANA integration and enterprise applications.
- Exposure to IoT Digital Twins Robotics and AI/ML for manufacturing is an advantage.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and sizeable teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering discipline preferred.
