Roles and Responsibilities Branch Relationship Manager (Loyalty Channel) Life Insurance
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Address customer queries and provide timely resolution.
- Business Development & Sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets for life insurance products.
- Generate business from the existing customer base through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Identify opportunities for additional insurance needs.
- Customer Retention & Loyalty Management
- Focus on retaining high-value and loyal customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for renewals and policy servicing.
- Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Lead Generation
- Generate leads through branch walk-ins references and customer interactions.
- Convert potential customers into policyholders.
- Policy Servicing
- Assist customers with policy issuance renewals claims coordination and documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales service.
- Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with branch staff and operations teams for customer support.
- Coordinate with underwriting and service teams for quick issue resolution.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Follow company policies IRDA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor daily sales activities and maintain MIS reports.
- Track business performance and customer retention metrics.
- Market Awareness
- Stay updated on competitors products and industry trends.
- Share market insights with management when required.
