Job Summary

BPO Voice Coach

Location: InfoparkKochi

Experience: 15 Years in Communication Training / Voice & Accent / BPO Training / Coaching

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: Upto 9 LPA

Shift: 6 PM - 3 AM (Monday-Friday)

Work Mode: Work from Office

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Communication Coach to support employees in improving their communication speaking and customer interaction skills. The ideal candidate should have strong coaching abilities excellent facilitation skills and experience in communication or process training.

Responsibilities

Conduct communication voice & accent and soft skills coaching sessions
Improve employees pronunciation articulation fluency and professional communication
Provide constructive feedback and personalized improvement plans
Coach and mentor trainees who require additional support
Conduct assessments and evaluate calls/transactions against quality standards
Identify communication gaps and training needs
Manage training batches attendance discipline and performance expectations
Prepare training materials reports and training progress updates
Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding trainee performance and progress

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong facilitation and knowledge transfer abilities

Experience in communication coaching voice & accent or process training

Ability to provide feedback and mentor employees effectively

Strong people management and interpersonal skills

Critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities

Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset

Ability to manage classroom/training environments efficiently

Required Skills:

2 Years in BPO Voice training

Required Education:

Any Degree
