The ideal candidate will possess robust technical accounting skills (US GAAP/IFRS) and a strong understanding of internal control frameworks (SOX) within a global corporate environment.

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Professional to join our Record-to-Report (R2R) this role you will be responsible for ensuring accurate timely and compliant financial accounting and reporting for our multinational operations. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical accounting skills (US GAAP/IFRS) and a strong understanding of internal control frameworks (SOX) within a global corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Core R2R Management: Oversee end-to-end Record-to-Report processes including general ledger accounting fixed assets intercompany transactions and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and review financial statements in strict compliance with US GAAP and/or IFRS standards. Ensure accurate dual-reporting for multinational entities.
- Month-End Close: Drive the monthly quarterly and year-end financial close process ensuring all strict corporate deadlines are met with high data accuracy.
- Internal Controls & SOX: Maintain execute and document internal accounting controls. Ensure full compliance with the SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) framework coordinating with internal and external auditors for smooth walkthroughs and testing.
- Process Optimization: Implement R2R best practices to streamline workflows accelerate the close cycle and reduce manual journal entries.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with global finance teams tax departments and local shared services to resolve complex accounting and intercompany issues.
