Job Summary
Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales (BESS Solutions)
- Generate and qualify leads across C&I Renewable Utility and Infrastructure sectors.
- Engage customers to understand project requirements and energy storage needs.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals quotations and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for solution design and project feasibility.
- Manage customer follow-ups and support the complete sales cycle.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 35 years of experience in BESS Solar EPC UPS Power Quality or Industrial Electrical Sales.
- Basic understanding of BESS Li-ion Batteries PCS EMS Solar Integration and DG Offset applications.
- Strong communication presentation and customer engagement skills.
- Experience in techno-commercial discussions and proposal preparation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
