Job Summary
Role Overview:
The incumbent should be a versatile IT professional with 5-7 years of experience and strong technical
capabilities.
This is primarily an individual contributor role that demands a builder mindset with responsibility for analysing
business processes translating them into technical requirements and automating workflows using Python RPA or
JavaScript in close collaboration with internal teams such as Operations Admissions Finance Product Management Content
Development and Academic functions as well as external partners.
The role also includes hands-on support for cloud operations across AWS (EC2 S3 IAM Lambda) including
basic Linux/Windows server administration and routine backup
storage and restore activities.
