Job Summary

1) MEP Vendor Empanelment and checking vendor capabilities periodically.

2) Shortlisting the vendors for every project as per Project requirements / Quantum of works.

3) Existing vendor / contractors evaluation and getting feedback from project team.

4) Channelizing the requirement for Contracts Process with SOPs / General conditions of contract.

5) Attending Prebid meeting with Contracts team and resolving issues.

6) Variation control and Rate analysis.

7) Follow up and highlighting the performance / non performance issues of contractors and its resolvance contractually.

8) Follow up with vendors for expediting the site works as and when required final bill process and closure of documentation works for handing over.
