Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join us for a Marketing Strategy role at Runwal Realty.
Core Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Leadership
- Lead end-to-end marketing for marquee developments from positioning to execution.
- Craft differentiated narratives that elevate projects into landmark propositions.
- Drive integrated ATL-first campaigns with strong synergy across digital and on-ground channels.
- Ensure all communication reflects a refined luxury brand tonality.
Customer Experience & Spatial Storytelling
- Design and institutionalise best-in-class customer journeys across touchpoints.
- Lead site experience arrival moments and spatial storytelling as extensions of the brand.
- Translate project vision into immersive customer experiences.
Content Films & Cultural Relevance
- Lead the creation of films brand AVs walkthroughs and visual storytelling initiatives.
- Manage celebrity and influencer integrations with a strong focus on brand fit and cultural relevance.
- Build a high-impact content ecosystem balancing storytelling and performance.
Innovation & Technology-Led Marketing
- Drive the use of immersive walkthroughs AI-led visualisation renders and digital experiences.
- Introduce innovative storytelling formats and new-age marketing tools.
Experiential Marketing & Engagement
- Conceptualise and execute high-impact launches events and curated engagements.
- Create differentiated customer and channel partner engagement formats.
Social & Digital Brand Stewardship
- Oversee social media and digital ecosystems to maintain a premium and cohesive brand presence.
- Guide agencies and partners to deliver impactful content and engagement.
Business Alignment & Revenue Integration
- Align marketing strategies with pricing phasing and inventory priorities.
- Drive demand generation conversions and data-backed campaign performance.
- Ensure effective budget utilisation while maximising impact.
Ideal Profile
- 1015 years of experience in luxury/premium real estate or allied sectors.
- Proven track record in leading iconic launches and high-impact campaigns.
- Strong expertise in brand-building storytelling and customer experience.
- Ability to operate strategically as well as executionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with leading agencies creators and cross-functional teams.
