Job Description:

Manage overall store operations and daily activities
Supervise and guide store staff
Drive store sales and achieve targets
Approach customers and assist them in selecting products
Handle billing and POS operations
Manage stock inventory and product availability
Maintain store layout and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
Possess good communication skills and a pleasant personality
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Experience in book retail/book industry preferred
