Key Responsibilities
- Audit Planning: Build and execute annual risk-based audit frameworks for real estate projects corporate functions and site operations.
- Project & Site Audits: Conduct physical site verifications review contractor billings and check for revenue leakages or project delays.
- Regulatory Compliance: Verify adherence to local real estate laws tax structures and RERA guidelines.
- Reporting: Present findings risk exposures and mitigation steps directly to senior management and the Audit Committee.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members guide fieldwork execution and coordinate with statutory external auditors.
Required Skills
- Strong domain knowledge in construction procurement and property leasing cycles.
- Expertise in internal controls fraud detection and standard risk frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
