DIMENSION / SCOPE OF THE JOB

  • Strong analytical skills to solve problems involving Dynamic condition of engine components utilizing Pisdyn/ AVL Excite
  • Solid understanding of Noise Vibrations Harshness fundamentals of engine powertrain components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills strong verbal & written skills.

MAJOR ROLE OF THE POSTION

  • Performing advanced simulations in Engineering Mechanics (CAE) and the durability assessment of Engine powertrain components.
  • Conduct detailed piston dynamics simulations using tools such as Pisdyn or AVL Excite to analyse and optimize engine performance.
  • Evaluate piston behaviour under various operating conditions considering factors such as thermal effects vibrations and structural integrity.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including design testing and manufacturing to integrate optimized piston designs into the overall engine system.
  • Performing calculations identifying potential convergence problems and their solution
  • Analysis of results and their interpretation enabling decision-making by engineering team
  • Preparation of a calculation report with an appropriate summary of conclusions and proposals for potential changes. Propose and implement improvements in simulation methodologies and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.0020
