- Exposure to Model-Based Software Development (MBSD)
- 1015 years of relevant experience in embedded software development and automotive systems
- Hands-on ability to write C/C Code independently for embedded systems.
- Proven experience in embedded systems with Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) exposure
- Experience in medium(More than 15000 req.) to large-scale (More than 40000 Req.) software development projects
HIGH WANT
- Requirement Engineering (development and review)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- High-Level Design (HLD) development and review
- Low-Level Design (LLD) review and validation
- System and Software Test Specification review
- Communicate software architecture design decisions and updates to relevant stakeholders
- Analyze potential non-compliance with dependability requirements
- Determine and define dependability requirements
- Implement dependability requirements
- Verify compliance with dependability requirements
- Participate in CCR estimation and resource estimation with the Project Manager (PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
- Mentor Software Leads Software Engineers and Test Teams to achieve project and program goals
- Experience in Problem Management and Change Request (CR) Management
- Hands-on experience in Automotive Embedded Software development using C
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Strong expertise in Requirements Engineering with the ability to perform detailed analysis
- Strong Embedded Systems development skills
- Ability to identify impacted software components and define test scope during change analysis
WANT
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of BES-PE methods (preferred)
- Experience in moderating Change Control Boards (CCBs)
- Strong observation leadership and mentoring capabilities
