Assistant Manager, Distribution Compensation
Job Summary

Position Responsibilities:
Validate the production credits commissions agent bonuses and entitlements for recruitment profiles
Handle internal policy replacement rules exceptions appeals not take up cases and bonus adjustment
Identify and automate operation processes that limit productivity.
Work with the MIS/Business solution team to build up models and enhance systems to support the launch of new recruitment profiles new compensation or bonus schemes.
Handle enquiries resolve complicated issues or complaints and escalate to Team Head in a timely manner
Participate in ad hoc operation tasks and projects
Required Qualifications:
University graduate in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in agency administration function or administrative work
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
Goodcommunication and organization skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS office applications incl. MS Word Excel Access and PowerPoint
Candidate with analytical skills and/or experiences in handling MIS report is an advantage
Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
