Job Summary

Requirements
  • Degree in a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience of which 3 years should at supervisory level
  • Good facilitation and coaching problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Having experience with talent development programs is beneficial
  • Hands-on experience in various software applications such as PowerPoint Excel Canva and learning technology offerings
  • Experience in visualisation tool in learning analytic and Learning Management System is preferred
  • High level of proactiveness ability to work under pressure and commitment to timeline
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

  • Assist in engaging internal and external stakeholders to plan deliver and evaluate effective management / soft skills training and development solutions according to the business needs
  • Act as a Programme Manager of various curriculum programmes
  • Conduct analyses and compile reports on learning initiatives
  • Conduct research and identify learning and development best practices
