Job Summary

Requirements

Degree in a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience of which 3 years should at supervisory level
Good facilitation and coaching problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Having experience with talent development programs is beneficial
Hands-on experience in various software applications such as PowerPoint Excel Canva and learning technology offerings
Experience in visualisation tool in learning analytic and Learning Management System is preferred
High level of proactiveness ability to work under pressure and commitment to timeline
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Conduct research and identify learning and development best practices
