Application Support Analyst

Were looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join a leading financial institution in Hong Kong supporting critical FICC & Equity Derivatives trading applications.

What youll be doing:

• Provide production/application support for front-office trading systems
• Monitor application health and investigate production issues
• Manage incidents troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Support system releases deployments and configuration changes
• Work closely with developers infrastructure teams traders and business users
• Perform system health checks and support operational processes

What were looking for:

• 5 years of application / production support experience
• Strong experience supporting securities or trading applications
• Good SQL skills
• Strong Linux/Unix command-line knowledge
• Experience with Python andShell scripting
• Solid incident management and troubleshooting experience
• Front-office / capital markets environment experience

Strong advantage:
Experience with Calypso TBricks or Imagine as well as exposure to FICC Equity Derivatives or HKEX trading environments.
