This hybrid leadership role combines operational excellence business development and hands-on recruitment to support the companys growth objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
Implement and improve operational processes and workflows.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Support marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Talent Acquisition
Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements.
Source screen and assess candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations recruitment business development or a related function.
Previous experience within a staffing or recruitment agency is strongly preferred.
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ATS and CRM platforms.
