Solution Design & Adoption is a multidisciplinary team inclusive of User Research Design Strategy Product Design and Design Systems Trainings Communications and Change Management of our digital PGS solutions. Our mission is to deliver measurable value through end-to-end design and adoption capabilities ensuring high usability stakeholder alignment and effective adoption to both the Digital PGS and PGS end users.
Under dedicated guidance and mentorship of our Technical Product Lead the Product Analyst Intern will be responsible for measuring the adoption and impact of our coded design system library (Pixida UI Kit). They act as the bridge between the core design system team and the engineers/designers consuming the library. By tracking component usage gathering developer feedback and measuring UI consistency they ensure the Pixida UI Kit is effectively speeding up development & design time and improving the overall user experience across our digital products.
Core Responsibilities:
Adoption & Usage Tracking:
Track which coded components (e.g. form elements modals tables charts) are being used the most across different applications and identify which ones are being ignored.
Monitor which versions of the Pixida UI Kit different product teams are currently using to help drive migration to the latest releases.
KPIs: Define and track metrics like the Design System Adoption Rate (percentage of UI built using Pixida UI Kit vs. custom code/designs).
User Satisfaction:
Conduct surveys and track the Net Promoter Score (NPS) specifically for the internal developers and designers using the library.
Pinpoint roadblocks by analyzing support tickets MS Teams messages and GitHub/Jira issues to find out where developers/designers are struggling (e.g. confusing documentation missing features etc.).
Track impact analysis by connecting design system usage to business outcomes and measuring how the library impacts developer speed (time-to-market) and UX consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support:
Support technical communications with the engineering and design teams consuming the Pixida UI Kit answering usage questions and gathering feature requests.
Collaborate tightly with the core Pixida UI Kit engineers and designers to share user needs prioritize the component backlog based on data and highlight common bugs.
Quality Assurance & Playbook Alignment:
QA Support to help verify that the coded components accurately match the design tokens and playbook guidelines.
Verify that teams are using the components in the right way (e.g. not overriding CSS heavily or breaking accessibility standards) and recommend documentation updates to fix these behaviors.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing (or recently graduated with) a degree in Computer Science Human-Computer Interaction Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
Foundation understanding of web development and design concepts.
Ability to communicate project risks and identify escalation paths.
Enthusiasm patience and a solutions-oriented attitude toward any risks and challenges.
Ability to confidently present work and to accept or provide constructive feedback.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Critical thinking.
Ability to understand and empathize with users.

ADDITIONAL INFO/ PREFERRED SKILLS
UX HFI Agile SAFe or equivalent certification highly desirable.
