ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Junior Payments Analyst to join our Payments team in Athens who will be responsible for supporting FX and Treasury Operations including transactions reporting reconciliation and various ad-hoc responsibilities. Ideally we are looking for someone with some prior experience in treasury banking or finance operations who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Assist in monitoring daily cash and support execution of payments under supervision
• Help investigate and resolve transaction issues and inquiries
• Support preparation of accurate timely reports and compliance documentation
• Help maintain relationships with banks financial institutions and Payment Service Providers
• Learn and support cash management processes controls and policies flagging opportunities for improvement
• Get involved in automation initiatives developing vibe coding skills to support process efficiency over time

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE

• 1-2 years of similar experience
• A degree in Accounting Finance or any other STEM field
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written
• Coding experience considered a plus
• Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable)
