BI Analyst

BIOAXIS Healthcare an IQVIA businessis seeking aBusiness Intelligence Analyston behalf of a leading multinational pharmaceutical company to support datadriven decisionmaking and deliver highquality analytical insights. The ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities with solid business understanding and experience working with market data sources. (This is a full-time position with a fixed-term contract of two years).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX and strong datamodeling principles
• Perform SQL queries and data manipulation including work within Azure Databricks
• Conduct statistical analyses to support strategic and operational decisionmaking
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Manage and analyze datasets to generate market and performance insights
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and high reporting standards
  

Qualifications required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence Data Analytics or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Power BI SQL and Excel
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation
• Business acumen in CHC or FMCG industry
• Fluency in Greek and English
