Support Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (mfd)
Job Summary
The Business Central Support & QA Specialist is responsible for providing functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role ensures smooth system operations resolves user issues supports ongoing enhancements and collaborates with crossfunctional teams to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate combines strong problemsolving skills with a deep understanding of Business Central modules and realworld business workflows.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide daytoday support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users across finance operations supply chain sales and other departments
- Troubleshoot and resolve system & functional issues including configuration & posting errors
- Manage support tickets ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with end users
- Support system upgrades patches new feature rollouts including testing and documentation
- Create and maintain documentation including user guides SOPs and troubleshooting steps
- Train and onboard new users ensuring they understand system functionality and best practices
- Design and execute test cases for system changes enhancements and bug fixes to ensure solution quality and stability
Qualifications :
- Experience 3 years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
- Strong understanding of core BC modules such as Finance (GL AP AR Fixed Assets) Procurement
- Ability to diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with nontechnical users
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
