The Job:

AstheSenior Compliance Engineeryoullbe part of ourCompliance Team and will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet global regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will lead compliance activities collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the company in external and internal forums. Your expertise will directly impact product safety market access and organizational excellence.

Youllget to:

• Coordinate and execute product certifications and safety tests with external approval bodies.

• Oversee and ensure compliance with EU directives and regulatory requirements.

• Lead projects and conduct internal training on compliance topics.

• Actively participate in standardization committees representing company interests.

• Provide technical guidance on EN/IEC standards to engineering production and test teams.

• Manage external compliance issues and drive continuous improvement of internal processes.

About You:

• Bachelors degree in a technical field (preferably Electrical Engineering) or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in the field of electronics is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of EU product legislation and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in product development testing or related fields are desirable.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.

• Strong communication organizational and project management abilities.

• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
