Votre futur rôle

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien du réseau mondial des Chief of Operations et des Train Design for Operations (TDFO) Managers. Au quotidien vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des équipes transverses (opérations industrielles supply chain ingénierie et gestion de projets) en garantissant le déploiement des outils standards en contribuant à lexcellence opérationnelle et en favorisant les processus de coingénierie.
Vous serez notamment en charge de piloter linitiative de réduction des délais de fabrication des premiers trains (Pilot Train) et dintégrer les exigences RSC Operations dans notre Advanced Development System (ADS). Vous assurerez également le suivi et lamélioration de la performance des opérations projets avec les TDFOM et les COO sur plusieurs projets.
Nous compterons sur vous pour :
- Coordonner le déploiement du PM2020 TOM aux niveaux Rolling Stock et composants
- Suivre et améliorer la performance des opérations projets à travers des revues et suivis structurés
- Piloter et reporter les indicateurs clés de performance (IMFU SCMFU OMFU ADS)
- Identifier et traiter les points bloquants opérationnels
- Garantir la conformité aux standards SMP/SML et aux autres exigences opérationnelles
- Piloter la validation des livrables industriels tels que MBOM PBOM IDS gammes et instructions de travail
- Construire et maintenir un processus de coingénierie afin dassurer lalignement dès les phases amont entre le développement et les besoins opérationnels

- Diplôme dingénieur en management des opérations ou domaine équivalent
- Minimum 10 ans dexpérience dans les activités opérationnelles incluant des fonctions managériales en environnement projet (ex. PME T&C SC/CoD PrIM CoO)
- Expérience en coordination internationale et en ingénierie des processus
- Connaissance des processus transverses : projets ingénierie industrialisation supply chain et DFQ
- Bonne connaissance des produits trains et composants des pratiques dindustrialisation (PFMEA BoM gammes séquences de tâches WKI) et des processus de coingénierie
- Excellentes capacités de communication et danalyse avec aptitude à synthétiser et à produire des présentations et reportings clairs
- Capacité démontrée à influencer motiver et fédérer les équipes pour atteindre les objectifs opérationnels
- Esprit proactif orienté résultats et amélioration continue

Could you be the full-time RSC Projects Operations Manager in Saint Ouen were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your operations expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. Youll work alongside collaborative forward-thinking and passionate teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in supporting the global network of Chief of Operations and Train Design for Operations (TDFO) Managers. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (industrial operations supply chain engineering and project management) ensuring the deployment of standard tools driving operational excellence and fostering co-engineering processes.
Youll specifically take care of leading the initiative to reduce lead times for manufacturing the first trains (Pilot Train) and integrating RSC Operations requirements into our Advanced Development System (ADS). Youll also monitor and improve project operations performance with TDFOM & COO for several projects.
Well look to you for:
- Coordinating the deployment of PM2020 TOM at RS and Component levels.
- Monitoring and improving project operations performance through robust follow-ups.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (IMFU SCMFU OMFU ADS).
- Identifying and managing operational blocking points.
- Ensuring compliance with SMP/SML standards and other operational requirements.
- Leading the validation of industrial deliverables such as MBOM PBOM IDS routings and work instructions.
- Building and maintaining a Co-engineering process to ensure early-phase development alignment with operational needs.

- A degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in operations activities including management roles in project environments (e.g. PME T&C SC/CoD PrIM CoO).
- Experience in global coordination and process engineering.
- Knowledge of transversal processes such as projects engineering industrialization supply chain and DFQ.
- Familiarity with train and components product knowledge industrialization practices (e.g. PFMEA BoM routings task sequences WKI) and co-engineering processes.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and prepare clear presentations and reports.
- Proven ability to influence motivate and lead teams toward achieving operational targets.
