- Effective status reporting tracking individual progress against a portion of the work/project plan.
- Effective ability to develop estimates in support of IT's response to business partner requests for new or enhanced business systems solutions.
- Effective ability to develop and deliver system demonstrations or presentations.
- Effective review of internal functional specifications or vendor quotations / functional specifications in the context of application design, construction and technical testing for solutions.
- Collaborates with and supports senior functional business partners to effectively deliver projects and ongoing support for Oracle HCM and related applications.
- Communicates and coordinates with internal and external IT partners as required to facilitate effective delivery of projects and ongoing support
