- Manage the activities of the implementation and support team (professional services team) and continuously improve in terms of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Deploy, configure and support our solutions to meet customer’s documented business requirements, and assist customers with end-to-end system testing and troubleshooting.
- Provide integration support such as explanation of available integration interfaces including their setup, testing, troubleshooting and after-sales support.
- Perform technical training and transfer knowledge to customer's administrators.
- This is a customer facing position and you may be required to work at customer site for prolonged periods or permanently. You must be able to travel minimum 25% - 75% of the time as required, without restriction.
