- Manage technical infrastructure projects and IT support for the national office and remote offices
- Prioritize day-to-day IT support requests and resolution workflow for technical operations issues
- Ensure continuous improvements in the system availability, reliability and interoperability of corporate infrastructure
- Implement and ensure network security and maintain vendor relationship and purchases
- Provide trouble shooting, system backups and disaster recovery support
