- Focusing on lending to the repeat borrowers.
- Working with the Team Leader to identify existing clients that require follow up.
- Managing a portfolio of accounts exceeding USD 3 Million (direct facilities).
- Cross-selling range of products and services.
- Maintaining the relationship with clients through and closely following up.
- Responsible for marketing and customer acquisition activities through various methods to achieve set targets.
- Anticipating and resolving all client related needs.
- Managing client relationships from lead to live and onwards in conjunction with Account Management.
- Building strong relationships internally to enable efficient interaction between the clients.
- Achieving financial quarterly targets based on contracts signed.
- Researching, creating and following up on a target list of existing clients and new businesses.
