- Work with internal and external customers/stakeholders to define the innovation roadmap and Aramex specific use cases
- Lead crowdsourcing programs globally for multiple functions within the Aramex ecosystem and externally
- Work closely with stations to further develop products, offering and pricing along with designing innovative solutions for the internal/external customer
- Analyze and report on branding, cost and operating metrics adherence. Continuously monitor adoption and work on increasing adoption as per central plans
- Work closely with product, digital and other cross functional teams on building and continuously enhancing products to achieve further integration, optimization and stability
- Design and document optimized and customized processes for the integration, adoption and scaling of transformational products
