• Conducting periodic job analysis and evaluation for job positions and levels to incorporate the results in OD projects and provide recommendations accordingly to maintain organizational efficiency and accordance with relevant business needs and trends.
• Handling recognition and awards program through Identifying beneficiaries based on performance results and supervisors feedback and evaluating recognition criteria against actual performance to ensure the appropriate recognition and rewarding of the different levels of performers.
• Carrying out performance management related activities through the effective and timely review of predefined performance measures and coordination of relevant assessment meetings to ensure the accurate measurement of performance, identify areas of development, and ensure organizational objectives are cascaded properly to individuals.
