- Design and implement a full life-cycle revolving microfinance/revolving fund mechanism.
- Develop eligibility and selection criteria for loan provisions. Oversee the appraisal and selection of the submitted business plans. Ensure transparency, professionalism, and fairness of the micro-lending process.
- Assist in identifying partner microfinance stakeholders. Regularly liaise with the selected microfinance stakeholders and be the focal point for microfinance related issues as instructed by the supervisor.
- Establish appropriate reporting mechanism and accounting procedures following international best practices policies and guidelines.
