- Collaborate with Analysis, Product, Customer Experience, Production, and other teams to create and deliver technology-enhanced tools, content, and workflows for customers.
- Screen cases, legislation, regulations, and other legal developments.
- Write, analyze issues, edit, research, update, and create new legal content.
- Identify portions of primary source content that require metadata tagging to support tools and search functionality.
- Develop a level of subject matter knowledge of issues in relevant legal fields sufficient to identify developments.
- Develop and maintain sources and professional contacts in the government and private sectors, as assigned, to support assigned content.
- Stay abreast of and effectively use software, electronic resources, and other tools to perform the job effectively.
- Collaborate across teams, develop and maintain productive working relationships, and communicate team initiatives in small and large group settings.
- Work independently, plan, organize, set priorities, and advance multiple projects simultaneously
