- Supports users by proposing technical solutions and providing the necessary training.
- Propose processes and structural changes related to vehicle service when required.
- Ensures that ICRC technicians have access to all specialized tools and manufacturer technical websites.
- Advise technicians worldwide on troubleshooting and repairing both complex Electrical and Mechanical problems.
- Provides the Fleet Management unit at Headquarter with the latest Technical manuals needed in the field.
- Follow up the latest technologies in relation to vehicle fleet needs worldwide.
- Is the know – how leader on new technologies, steering the development of fleet technical staff within the ICRC.
- Communicate with vehicle manufacturer’s technical hubs for technical support when required.
- Assume and organize the needed technical training by organizing seminars in cooperation with Fleet
