- You have a track record building, training, and overseeing the productivity of engineering teams;
- You have strong and effective communication and persuasion skills both in writing and in person;
- You lead by example, you set the right context for the team and help your team do their best work;
- You have a strong grasp of DevOps and experience with Amazon Web Services;
- You are comfortable working within continuous deployment/continuous integration development environments;
- You care deeply about the quality of product and you exhibit it through your interactions and your work;
- You are excited to help identify raw talent and mentor junior engineers to gain new skills and advance their careers;
- You have experience with, or a strong interest in financial technology (Fintech) and management of tech start-ups.
- You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders outside the technology team, including executive management, Board of Directors, and investors.
