- Manage several large projects (Project Manager role) on AB Countries level with significant impact within a portfolio under Transformation Program Delivery Manager to transform the business by improving productivity, achieve cost saving, improve business performance.
- Manage project life cycle completion from concept initiation, planning, determine controls, execution, until the closure after the delivery and completion of the intended transformation to the business.
- Lead specific initiatives related to the CB digital transformation journey by developing and implementing specific projects to enable customer digital journeys and experience.
- Monitor and report the digital adoption progress and participate in executing marketing and campaigns and tactics that to improve adoption.
- Lead solutions design and the generation of innovative initiatives to deliver high quality projects and innovative business transformation initiatives to solve business problems.
