Translation Operations Manager

Job Description

• Supervision of Production (PM/VM) and searching for new solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
• Support for sales team forquote issuingand interaction with ideal clients for technical questions (until senior sales director is found)
• Consultancy for processes, marketing, sales, and production
• Test existing tools for translation dept (Protemos) + find new ones/new ways to speed the process
• Streamline and improve processes in PM/VM
• Update and improve existing production processes
• Provide sound leadership for the localization team – Leads, PMs, and VMs - including work assignment/objectives, capacity management, coaching, training, and performance management.

Educational/Professional Requirements

• 10~15 years of experience in the Localization and Translation field
• Relevant Bachelor's degree
• Postgraduate studies in PMP or MBA is a plus
