Store Keeper

Job Description

• Inventory control and reporting.
• Supervises receiving and counting inventory items and recording data using the computer.
• Coordinates and liaises with other departments in order to ensure proper handling and delivery of storage objects.
• Determine appropriate storage methods
• Maintain an accurate inventory system to provide security and protection for antique company items.
• Responsible for maintaining updated records of incoming and outgoing items and merchandise, maintaining matching item delivery, issuance and return forms, and enrollment in the assigned program.
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.

Job Requirements

• Keep attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
• Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
• Microsoft Office.
