Senior Lawyer (Canal)

Job Description

• Represent the company in front of all legal authorities to save its rights.
• Follow up all the legal procedures for the complaints and law cases of the employees related to work.
• Proceeding the legal procedures concerning and governmental authorities (health, commercial frauds, investing and taxes) and non- governmental authorities such as companies and banks.
• Carry on the required legal investigation and take whatever procedures, recommendations or decisions according to the labor law and the company's policy and regulations.
• Formulate all contracts and all the deals to save company's rights.
• Provide all the required legal consultancy and device for the department of the company in related issues.
• Conduct all needed investigation with the employees regarding any monetary issue to maintain company's rights.
• Submit monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annual reports to present achieved versus planned objectives to be submitted to direct Manager.
• Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
• Follow the instructions , requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system
