Job Summary:
Employee isresponsiblefor proposalspreparation,orderprocessing,contractual termsreviews. He / she assiststhecompany’sAccountManagers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibleforissuing technicaland commercialsubmittalsfortendersbeforeclosing dates.
- Manage and co-ordinatethe salesqueueto ensure thatall solutions proposed are provided in accordancewith salesteaminstructionsand customerRFQ.
- Responsibleforfollowingup openordersuntil deliveryand invoice issuance.
- Respond timelyand accuratelytocustomers’ requestsforinformation andrequestsfor pricing.
- Manage inquiry/orderlog sheet.
- PrepareWin/Lossreportsto each account.
- Maintain grossmargin agreed onwith Sales AccountManagers.
- Immediatelyreportsany loss incurredafterorderplacementbycustomers.
- Maintainfull up to date technicalawareness ofthe products.
- AssistSalesTeamwithproductenhancementknowledge.
- Replyto customerswith and technicalclarificationneeded.
