- The ability to manage and employ production workers and technicians.
- Sufficient experience in the field of production.
- The ability to develop and implement a production plan.
- Follow up the availability of production requirements.
- Making daily reports on production, production requirements and personnel.
- Setting implementation schedules, monitoring them and supervising the planning and implementation of projects.
- Measure, analyze and improve productivity and design work systems and methods.
- Planning to find production rates using medium-term planning methods.
- Develop production schedules.
Job Requirements
- Leading personality for factory management.
- knowledge about cad & solid work programs .
- He has the ability to manage and employ workers in the factory.
- Experience in the field of operating aluminum sectors is preferred.
- Age does not exceed 35 years.
