Job Description
- Planner and Client services for Knitting and dye house
- Collect and handle technical specifications of client orders
- Have the Knowledge to advise the clients on the technical details
- Follow and plan the clients orders and deliveries internally with the respective team
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service orders and available products
- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
- Plan the order internally with the production teams based on priorities and specifications
Job Requirements
- Experience of a minimum 2 years in Knitting and Dye house is required
