Job Description

• Planner and Client services for Knitting and dye house
• Collect and handle technical specifications of client orders
• Have the Knowledge to advise the clients on the technical details
• Follow and plan the clients orders and deliveries internally with the respective team
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service orders and available products
• Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
• Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
• Plan the order internally with the production teams based on priorities and specifications

Job Requirements

• Experience of a minimum 2 years in Knitting and Dye house is required
