Factory Manager

The main duties of the job are:

• Planning, organizing and managing all manufacturing and maintenance operations while achieving production goals within the required timelines.
• Overseeing the management of different production stages from receipt of the manufacturing order to final customer delivery.
• Managing and revising systems to achieve and maintain high-quality standards for each product.
• Managing and revising systems to decrease production costs through the efficient use of materials and work planning.
• Managing and leading factory departments to place departmental plans that achieve company goals and overseeing the successful implementation of those plans.
• Approving and revising stock level plans.
• Approving purchasing orders according to plans that achieve maximum efficiency.
• Coordinating with the sales and marketing department to successfully forecast and meet customer needs.
• Forecasting future production demands and placing plans to meet those demands.

Job Requirements

• Necessary Characteristics: Decent, Honest, Trustworthy and Diligent.
• Decisive thrives under pressure and has strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and managerial skills.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering products.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Production, Electrical or Mechanical).
• Proficiency in using Windows, Microsoft office suite and Autocad.
