Job Description
Executive Secretary Experience in the field of export, import and ACI system
- Preparing the monthly schedule of appointments and business for the Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Preparing the weekly business plan for the Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Maintaining the general appearance of the office of senior management in terms of cleanliness and arrangement
- Coordination of the meeting schedule for the Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Editing and printing letters and correspondences of senior management
- Keeping and maintaining all files of the senior management office in a manner that ensures their safety and speed of recall
Job Requirements
- An executive secretary is required to work in tiger pack company in Obour city, from 25 to 35 years, with no less than five years of experience, good experience in the field of export, import and ACI system
- Fluency in English is required and High qualified.
