- Fluent spoken and written English Language.
- Master’s degree or higher in the field of education or a relevant one.
- Ten years of leadership experience.
- Five years of teaching experience.
- Fifteen years of experience in education, with a minimum of ten in American schools.
- Strong, inspirational, and enthusiastic leadership skills.
- Mastery of a range of communication, organizational, social, intellectual , and technology skills.
- Ability to make wise decisions under pressure.
- A comprehensive understanding of the international education system and its regulations.
