Job RoleTo support the business to deliver people-related processes, vision and strategy across the company, aligned with the laws of Congo.Responsibilities To lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including recruitment, administering pay, benefits, and leave. Manage and coordinate diverse teams (sales, customer service, commercial etc.) Oversee the daily workflow of the HR department. Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy and relevant laws. Partner with management team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. Provides support and guidance to management, and other employees when complex, specialized, and sensitive HR issues arise Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment laws.RequirementsRequirements and Qualifications BSc / BA in Human Resource Management or equivalent At least 5 years of proven successful work experience as HR manager Proven success in HR administration, as well as evidence of the ability to manage relationships with employees including management team, expats, casuals etc. Solid understanding of social, labor law, HR research methods and analysis in Congo Solid knowledge of performance reporting and employees objectives setting Excellent instincts and social-cultural awareness coupled with a strategic mindset Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a perfect teamwork mindset Strong communication, negotiation and critical thinking skills.
