About the Role

We are currently seeking support workers to join our team throughout Brisbane. The role will involve working with a variety of participants under the NDIS both within their homes and the community. You will be required to assist participant s in reaching their goals in line with their NDIS plans.

Requirements

We have grown a reputation within the NDIS community as a provider of high-quality services. In order to maintain this reputation, we want to hire the best candidates possible. This includes ensuring our employees have undergone background screening checks as they will be working with vulnerable people. We are seeking candidates with the below:

• Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
  
• First aid and CPR
  
• NDIS Workers Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
  
• COVID-19 Infection Control Training (or willing to obtain)
  
• Paid Blue Card
  
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
  
• Registered, roadworthy car with comprehensive insurance
  
• Cert III in Individual Support (or willing to obtain)
  
• Flu Vaccine (desired)
  
• Covid-19 Double Vaccination (and be willing to remain up to date with current guidelines)
  
• A smart phone with data access
  
• Computer literate
