Tasks

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and motivated Business Analyst who wants to work and grow in a fast-paced, global cloud software and services company while
supporting our customers transformation projects.

You will work as a business analyst in banking implementation projects which will hone your skills and expand your experience every step of the way. On this path, you
get the chance to develop your analytical and functional consulting experience within our solution portfolio of Cloud for Business Platform, particularly in the Banking space.

The purpose of this role is to work with stakeholders and technical team members to map, analyse and document business and technical processes and to be part of a team that implements and enables solutions that support our customer s transformation journey.

Your responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders and the wider team members to map, analyse and document business and technical processes and assist with the implementation of our C4B solutions.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
• Build, prototype and document end-to-end processes that could be considered best practice and productised for the cloud product suite.
• Produce and gather requirements for prioritised capabilities to assist our technical
  feature teams to begin solutioning and development.
• Work with technical resources to interpret and translate business requirements into viable business solutions that meet our customer needs.
• Navigate a complex organisational structure and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation across diverse geographical locations.
• Participate in the development of test strategies, test plans and test cases and undertake testing activities.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure that they are adequately and appropriately briefed and prepared prior to any business requirements / process workshops / meetings.
• Work with technical resources to interpret and translate business requirements into viable business solutions that meet our customers needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master s degree in economics, science, technology, or engineering.
• University graduate or professional with ideally 3 5 years of first consulting
  experience in the banking industry. Knowledge of Australian lending products is
  highly desirable.
• End-to-end business analysis experience.
• Ability to work with ideas from scratch, leveraging existing solutions and processes.
• Good technology knowledge and understanding, ideally in software or cloud solutions (desirable).
• Experience working with SAP Banking Solutions would be an added advantage.
• Eagerness to learn and to take responsibility.
• You demonstrate ownership and accountability in everything you do.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a self-sufficient manner with limited close supervision, within a distributed-team structure.
• Have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts
  to non-technical users.
• Fluent in English with an international mindset.
• Work either from Sydney or Melbourne.
