Senior HR Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic HR Business Partner to join our team in Cairo this strategic role you will partner with business managers and leaders to understand their organizational objectives and provide relevant forward-thinking HR inputs. Reporting to senior HR leadership you will work collaboratively across the organization to attract develop and retain top talent while supporting the complete employee lifecycle.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with business managers and stakeholders across all organizational levels acting as a trusted HR advisor and demonstrating strong influencing capabilities.
- Managing on and off boarding process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters providing guidance on conflict resolution supporting collaborative labor relations and promoting a positive workplace culture while escalating complex cases appropriately
- Communicate and implement HR policies processes and initiatives that drive organizational success
- Proactively identify and stay current with industry trends best practices and regulatory changesparticularly those relevant to Egyptian labor lawtranslating them into actionable strategies.
- Support workforce planning salary reviews talent management employee engagement and well-being initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational processes and local regulations
- Communicate with L&D team in MESA for training programs.
- Coach and mentor managers in developing their people management capabilities and leadership skills.
- Generate insightful reports utilizing HR data and analytics to provide evidence-based recommendations to HR Manager.
- Update and Manage HR Database.
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field
- 4-6 years of progressive HR experience with a demonstrated focus on business partnership and strategic HR delivery
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law and proven experience supporting employee relations activities including labor relations and union partnership
- Solid generalist HR experience across multiple functional areas (talent management compensation employee relations)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data metrics and management information for practical decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present effectively to various levels of seniority and influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively and maintaining flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated competency in relationship building assertiveness and the ability to take initiative independently.
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic language.
