Sales & Agent Onboarding Executive

Makkah Express, a leading B2B Hajj and Umrah services company catering to global travel agents, is seeking a Sales & Agent Onboarding Executive to join our team. As an integral part of our business, you will engage with travel agents worldwide, promoting our services and fostering lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a knack for relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact travel agents via phone and WhatsApp

- Introduce Makkah Express and its services

- Qualify and understand agents' needs

- Follow up with potential clients

- Maintain agent records and generate new business

- Build and nurture long-term relationships

- Provide daily activity reports to management

Requirements & Skills:

- Excellent spoken English with a clear accent

- Proficiency in phone and written communication

- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities

- Good listening and follow-up skills

- Basic computer literacy and organizational skills

- Preferably fluent in Arabic

- Prior experience in travel, tourism, Hajj, or Umrah is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service

Candidate Preferences:

- Preferred Nationality: Egyptian

- Known Languages: English, Arabic
